Join Medtronic's Virtual Engagement Solutions team as a Remote Sales
Representative I, supporting hospitals and healthcare stakeholders across
assigned territories in India. In this role, you will engage customers through
virtual interactions, generate and validate sales opportunities, and help expand
access to Medtronic's healthcare technologies. This role combines customer
engagement, lead generation, account support, and sales coordination to help
drive business growth while delivering value to healthcare providers and
patients.





Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

* Drive inside sales growth and customer acquisition by proactively engaging
hospital stakeholders through virtual channels, promoting Medtronic
solutions, identifying opportunities, and advancing prospects through the
sales pipeline.
* Identify customer needs and collaborate with field sales teams to convert
opportunities into business outcomes.
* Promote awareness and education of Medtronic products, services, and clinical
solutions.
* Support field sales representatives with territory planning, opportunity
tracking, customer follow-ups, and sales activities.
* Coordinate product demonstrations and facilitate customer interactions with
the field sales team where required.
* Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer
experience.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
through CRM tools and reporting systems.
