The R&D; Project Manager leads projects with full accountability for outcomes, ensuring timely delivery, quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The role requires robust collaboration with cross-functional teams, Product Managers, and Product Owners. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage, as they can help drive innovation, speed, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution
Manage R&D; projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within defined scope, cost, time, and quality.
Drive alignment of project targets with R&D; strategy, product portfolio, and technology roadmap.
Steer project budgets, resources, and agreements.




Leverage knowledge of project management best practices and, where applicable, apply Agile principles, methods, and frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, or similar) to enable adaptive planning, early value delivery, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Managers/Product Owners and other stakeholders to define and deliver project objectives.
Foster cross-functional teamwork, transparency, and knowledge sharing.
Incorporate customer feedback into project execution to ensure satisfaction and business success.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to architecture, design, quality, product safety, and product security guidelines.
Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, working laws, and intellectual property rights.
Manage risks and opportunities proactively, escalating issues for timely decisions when necessary.
