About The Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven E-commerce Account Manager to lead and grow our online presence—with deep expertise in managing Amazon as the primary platform, and working knowledge of Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop as secondary channels. This is a strategic role for a tech-savvy e-commerce skilled who can drive performance across platforms, enhance customer experience, and translate consumer insights into actionable campaigns.

You will play a critical role in expanding our digital footprint across international markets by managing store operations, optimizing campaigns, and leveraging analytics to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

Amazon, Shopify & E-commerce Platform Management:

Lead end-to-end operations for our Amazon store, ensuring smooth functionality, seamless navigation, and optimized product listings.
Support and manage regional stores on Shopify, Shopee, Lazada,



and TikTok Shop, ensuring content, pricing, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate with fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipping and excellent post-purchase customer service.

Campaign Strategy & Execution

Plan and execute effective e-commerce campaigns tailored to each platform’s audience behavior and promotional calendar.
Collaborate with internal teams and external category managers to maximize exposure during mega sales, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROAS) and implement real-time optimizations.

Consumer Insights & Market Research

Use market research, customer feedback, and platform analytics to understand shopper behavior and trends.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify category opportunities in priority markets.
Translate insights into platform-specific strategies to improve assortment, pricing, and pos
