Role Responsibilities:-
Ensure deal structure is in alignment to legal documents and coding input forms, Execute QC checklist, Validate for accuracy, Identify discrepancies, Escalate issues, Collaborate with partner teams, Meet review SLAs and production standards.

This role requires the ability to review post-close syndicated loan transactions for accuracy, identify potential issues, investigate root causes, and communicate findings effectively.

Candidates should be comfortable working independently, collaborating with cross-functional partners, and navigating multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Robust organizational, analytical, and written communication skills are essential.
Experience with syndicated lending systems, particularly Loan IQ, along with proficiency in reporting and data analysis, is preferred.
