Job Purpose

As a React Frontend Engineer at Astound Digital, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance headless commerce solutions using React.js and the Salesforce (SF) PWA Kit or SF Next.



You will bridge the gap between dynamic user experiences and enterprise backend systems by developing robust Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers and implementing modern, reusable atomic UI components tailored for Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will champion code quality, React best practices, web performance, and innovative frontend architectures that empower world-renowned brands. This role offers an exciting opportunity to mentor fellow engineers and stay at the forefront of modern, headless, and API-driven React development within the SFCC ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain scalable, secure, and performant headless commerce architectures using React.js, SF PWA Kit, and contemporary CSS frameworks.
Design and implement robust Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers and data orchestration strategies to aggregate, filter, and optimize data flowing from Salesforce Commerce APIs (SCAPI) and OCAPI into the React storefro
