1. Receive incoming materials, equipment, and supplies and verify them against purchase orders and delivery notes.
2. Inspect received items for quantity, quality, and any visible damage.
3. Store materials safely and systematically according to company procedures.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records in manual registers or inventory management systems.
5. Issue materials to departments or personnel based on approved requisitions.
6. Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor of low-stock or overstock situations.
7. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
8. Label, identify, and organize materials for easy access and retrieval.
9. Ensure proper storage conditions for materials, including hazardous or temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
10. Maintain cleanliness, housekeeping, and organization of the store area.
11. Follow First-In, First-Out (FIFO) or other approved inventory control methods where applicable.
12. Prepare goods for dispatch and coordinate deliveries to internal departments or external locations.

14. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and warehouse standards.

18. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments regarding material availability.
19. Ensure all documentation related to inventory movements are accurate and complete.
20. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and store efficiency.
21. Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental requirements at all times.
22. Protect company assets by maintaining proper security and control of stored materials.
