The role
The Executive Reward & Share Plans Analyst provides analytical,
operational and reporting support across two closely linked areas:
1. Executive reward and remuneration governance
2. Global share plan administration and delivery
The role reports to the Head of Executive Reward and also works closely with the Global Share Plans Manager, enabling focus on governance, strategy, regulatory positioning and stakeholder engagement.
This role is execution focused, detail driven and analytical, with exposure to senior stakeholders, confidential data and board level processes..
What you'll be responsible for
Executive Reward & Remuneration Support
Support the Head of Executive Reward and Global Head of Reward with analysis and preparation of executive remuneration materials.
Assist in the maintenance and execution of executive reward models, including fixed pay, annual bonus and long term incentive frameworks.
Prepare calculations, scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses for executive incentive outcomes.
