Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Delhi

Reporting To: Zonal Manager

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager (Delhi) will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing the dealer and distributor network, generating project business, and strengthening the company's presence across Delhi NCR. The role requires building robust relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, fabricators, kitchen studios, and key channel partners while achieving regional sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Delhi NCR region.
Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and fabricator networks.
Generate project business through architects, interior designers, builders, and developers.
Appoint new channel partners and increase market penetration.
Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.




Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order execution.
Lead, train, and motivate the regional sales team.
Organize product presentations, dealer meets, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Submit weekly sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
8–15 years of experience in sales of Quartz, Marble, Granite, Tiles, Ceramics, or Building Materials.
Strong network with dealers, architects, interior designers, kitchen studios, builders, and fabricators in Delhi NCR.
Proven experience in channel sales and project sales.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
