Position Overview
We are seeking Finance Analyst - AR to join our Shared Services team. These roles are pivotal in managing day-to-day finance operations across Accounts Receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance within a global shared services environment. You will play a key role in maintaining smooth Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycles while contributing to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
What You’ll Do
Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) activities such as invoicing, cash application, dunning,



reconciliations, and AR aging analysis.
Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, and internal controls.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and queries.
Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, reporting, and reconciliations.
Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within Finance & Accounting Shared Services.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B. Com) or MBA in Finance; CMA qualification is an advantage.
5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting AR/OTC within a Shared Services environment.
Hands-on experience with NetSuite (Primary ERP) preferred.
Strong knowledge of O2C cycles, reconciliations, and financial controls.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills
