We are seeking a highly experienced ServiceNow Architect with over 10 years of relevant ServiceNow expertise to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade solutions. The role demands deep knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, CSM, integrations, and service portals, with a robust foundation in scripting and system performance. The individual will be responsible for creating high-level and low-level designs, driving innovation through proof-of-concepts, and translating complex business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.What you’ll do
