The Independent Risk Review and Assessment (IRRA) organization in Risk Management & Compliance (RM&C;) serves as U.S. Bank’s independent second line of defense, providing objective assessments of the effectiveness of the Bank’s Risk Management framework across credit, compliance, and operational risks.
The Independent Assessment and Modernization team within the IRRA Program Office is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for the Independent Data Procurement team to lead complex data procurement and analytics efforts in support of IRRA Reviews. This role serves as a senior individual contributor,



partnering closely with Review Enablement and Review teams to translate review objectives into scalable data solutions. Responsibilities include designing, writing, and overseeing complex data queries and analytical code, serving as a technical leader for data procurement activities and ensuring analytical approaches remain effective as enterprise data platforms evolve. This role operates with a high degree of autonomy and is accountable for the quality, reliability, and timeliness of data and analytical outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead end-to-end data procurement efforts for IRRA Reviews, including source identification, designing, writing, executing, and maintaining data queries and analytical code to acquire, validate, and deliver data.
