Facility Executive / Coordinator – Soft Services
Department: Facilities Management
Reports to: Assistant Manager – Soft Services
Purpose: Coordinate daily soft service operations including housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, hygiene, and vendor management to maintain workplace standards and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee housekeeping, pantry, cafeteria, pest control, and office support operations. Conduct floor inspections and ensure cleanliness across all areas. Manage vendor coordination, staff deployment,



and complaint resolution. Monitor pantry inventory and cafeteria services. Maintain hygiene standards, support meeting room setups, and handle waste disposal compliance. Track consumables, vendor attendance, and operational reports using MIS.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in soft services, administration, or facility management operations.
Basic understanding of housekeeping and workplace operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle vendors and employee concerns professionally.
Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
