About The Position
Chevron ENGINE has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wells Engineer to join the ENGINE Wells team; this role will be based in Chevron’s office in Bengaluru.
Chevron ENGINE supports global operations, and work hours are aligned to business needs. Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday. These may evolve based on operational or business requirements.
Lead Wells Engineer will provide support across Chevron’s portfolio, leveraging digital tools, to deliver process safety, technical, and performance solutions. The role supports global operations including offshore, conventional, and shale & tight asset classes across the entire well lifecycle of drilling, completion, intervention, and abandonment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day to day direction to team members to deliver results for businesses
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
Collaborate with global teams res
