Your Prospect
As an Engagement Lead - Data Science, you will provide technical leadership across two sub-teams: the Predictive AI team and the Causal & Experimentation AI team. In this role, you will architect advanced enterprise AI solutions, mentor data science talent, and serve as a strategic consultant across global business lines including Commercial, R&D;, Diagnostics etc.
Beyond team delivery, you will play a pivotal leadership role within the broader GATE organization—actively driving GATE-level people initiatives, talent capability enablement, strategic product development roadmaps, and cross-center innovation activities.
