A Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining
software applications. They play a crucial role in the entire software
development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, and ongoing
support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Design, code, and test software features and components.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software
requirements.
* Lead coding efforts for specific modules or features.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
* Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
* Contribute to architectural decisions and design discussions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training.
* 3+ years of experience in software development.
* Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, Swift,
JavaScript, or similar.
* Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best
practices.
* Problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
* Experience with Agile principles preferred
* Experience across multiple projects and development cycles preferred
