Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering first and second level technical assistance for infrastructure, systems, and applications across both production and development settings. We are seeking an experienced Middleware Administrator with 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) 8.5/9.0,



IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and IBM Portal Administration. The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance tuning, security implementation, patching, and supporting highly available enterprise middleware environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
-Administer, configure, and support IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS), IBM HTTP Server (IHS), and IBM WebSphere Portal environments across development, test, and production landscapes.
-Manage and maintain WebSphere cells, deployment managers, nodes, clusters, application servers, and portal infrastructure to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
