Process Management COE is accountable for leading and embedding enterprise business process management and controls in line with NAB Standards. Process Management and Knowledge Management including delivery of Content Management standards across Enterprise Operations (EO). Ensuring solid end‑to‑end process governance and uplift of process maturity aligned to risk, controls, and regulatory obligations.
The role provides strategic and people leadership to the Process Management COE, with clear delivery accountability to enable Process and Model Owners to meet their obligations, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen operational resilience. Through strong governance including adherence to Change Risk Process, Modelling standards, and assurance, the role also ensures operational content, including work instructions, is consistently documented, maintained, and accurately reflective of EO processes in line with best practice.
