About the Role
Paytm Ads is building the next generation of advertising infrastructure by
combining high-intent first-party commerce data, AI-driven decisioning, and a
scalable programmatic ecosystem.
As a PMII / SPM, you will own key components of Paytm's monetization
infrastructure, enabling seamless integration with DSPs, SSPs, exchanges, SDK
partners and measurement providers. You will build scalable platform
capabilities that maximize advertiser demand, improve publisher yield, and
expand Paytm's programmatic ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about solving complex AdTech problems
and building products at scale in a quick-moving environment.
What You'll Drive
Programmatic Ad Stack
* Own the roadmap for Paytm's programmatic monetization platform.
* Build and enhance capabilities across OpenRTB, auction infrastructure, demand
routing and inventory monetization.
* Improve platform scalability, latency and auction efficiency.
Partner Integrations
* Drive integrations with leading SSPs, DSPs, exchanges and demand partners.
* Build scalable APIs and onboarding frameworks for external monetization
partners.
* Work closely with business teams to accelerate partner launches.
SDK & Monetization Infrastructure
* Own SDK integrations across internal and third-party monetization platforms.
* Enable access to premium demand through SDK and server-side integrations.
* Improve monetization performance across app inventory while maintaining user
experience.
Measurement & Attribution
* Build integrations with MMPs, DCR providers, fraud detection and measurement
partners.
