Why the job Exists?
Job function is to simulate the physical conditions virtually (Virtual validation ) and forecast the successfailure of the design in the FEA softwares. This will reduce the time and investment resulting into fastercheaper development of the part.
How the job fits in the organization?
CAE-Simulation leads to reduce development cycle of the component resulting into faster and better service to our customers. These activities also lead to the better trust building by our customer on us.
Without this activity there will be too many iterations in physical validation resulting into financial and time loss to the companycustomer.
How it relates to other functions?
CAE-Simulation is directly related to Design and Tooling teams to take the right decision when it comes to relevant modifications in design and Tool based on the resultsreports generated by these profiles.
