Product Manager – Digital Experience & Revenue (Titan Web)

Role:
We are looking for a Product Manager – Digital Experience & Revenue to own the end-to-end digital commerce experience for Titan Web. This role is responsible for improving customer discovery, conversion and revenue by defining the product roadmap, optimizing every stage of the customer journey and delivering high-impact product initiatives. Working closely with Engineering, UX, Analytics, Marketing, Merchandising and Customer Service, the Product Manager will continuously improve the shopping experience through experimentation, customer insights and data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:
Own the product roadmap for Titan Web aligned to business goals, customer needs and commercial priorities.
Build, launch and optimize recent product features that improve customer experience, engagement and revenue.
Own the end-to-end commerce funnel (Discovery → PLP → PDP → Cart → Checkout → Payment) and continuously remove customer friction.
Own product discovery by improving search, navigation,



filters, recommendations and merchandising.
Partner with Brand, Category and Merchandising teams to optimize collection pages, campaigns and product visibility.
Develop and execute an experimentation roadmap using A/B testing to validate hypotheses and improve business outcomes.
Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) through behavioral analytics, usability research and customer feedback.
Partner with Engineering to improve Core Web Vitals, page performance, accessibility and overall site stability.
Own KPIs including Conversion Rate, Revenue per Visitor, AOV, Add-to-Cart Rate, Checkout Completion, Payment Success Rate, Search Success Rate and Customer Satisfaction.
Leverage Adobe Analytics, GA4 and customer insights to prioritize improvements.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Analytics, CRM, Marketing and Customer Service.
Monitor industry trends and competitor innovations.
