eBay Bengaluru is looking for an experienced, motivated, highly organized, and adaptable individual with a consistent record as chief of staff and a strong background as technical program manager to join the eBay Bengaluru Innovation hub to help define and drive the eBay Bengaluru vision, establish strong operational approach and lead TPM organization.




Your objective is to define the eBay Bengaluru vision and roadmap, as well as build and drive the Organizational Operating System. You will be the force multiplier who ensures the organization is highly aligned and comes true to its vision. You will ensure our site strategy, multi-million dollar financial allocations, and technical roadmaps are synchronized and optimized. You aren't here to facilitate the process—you are here to own and evolve it.
The Responsibilities
1. Define and own ebay Bengaluru vision and roadmap
eBay Bengaluru vision and mission: Take ownership of eBay Bengaluru vision, establish long term roadmap and YoY goals to achieve the vision.
Success Metrics: Collaborate to define success metrics and operationalize operational rigor to track, manage progress towards goals.
