Job Description
Responsibilities: Review and analyze claim submissions and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness. Verify policy coverage and eligibility in accordance with underwriting guidelines and company policies. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to provide claim updates and resolve routine inquiries. Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards during claims adjudication.
