JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead to join our expanding team. The candidate
should demonstrate solid leadership capabilities, effectively establish
themselves in the role, and foster collaboration with the manager, US
stakeholders, and internal team. This position requires a strategic approach to
achieving daily operational targets aligned with overall business objectives.

Responsibilities

* Monitor team productivity and shrinkage, while fostering motivation and
engagement across team members

* Act as the point of contact for US Stakeholders and internal teams

* Actively listen to team feedback and proactively resolve operational
challenges, including query resolutions and clarification of doubts

* Continually enhance daily processing efficiency and accuracy to support
operational excellence

* Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships within the team to strengthen
performance and communication

* Contribute to day-to-day production tasks and maintain thorough understanding
of process knowledge





* Partner with the manager and process owners to streamline workflows and
optimize performance

ELIGIBILITY

The applicant must fit the below criteria:

* Should have strong communication, problem solving, organizational and
delegation skills.

* Demonstrated success in performance management and results-driven leadership

* Willingness to work in fixed night shifts, weekly offs, and holidays as
required by business needs

* Currently employed in a supervisor role at WM India for a minimum of 12
months

* Good attendance record, within no unplanned leaves or LWP reported while
employed in WM India

* Minimum rating for the last two appraisal should be “Successful“ or
“Effective”

* No instance of any disciplinary action, email warning, counselling letters
(verbal or written)

* Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint

* Power BI knowledge is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

* Minimum graduate in any stream. Post graduation may
