We've built the machine that takes an artist from local story to global stage. Now we're building the live business to match — and we need a leader who can own it end to end.
The Role
As Live Business Head — India & SAARC, you will own and scale the entire live vertical for RTHYMS. Your mandate is straightforward and ambitious: bring shows for every artist across our roster — headline concerts, festival slots, brand-backed shows,



private events, and domestic and international tours — and build the ecosystem of partners that makes it repeatable at scale.
This is a builder's role. You'll set the strategy, close the deals, run the relationships, and grow the team.
What You'll Own
Show acquisition & programming — Proactively secure and program shows across the roster: ticketed concerts, festivals, brand activations, corporate shows, private events, and domestic and international tours across India and SAARC markets.
Brand ecosystem — Deep engagement with the complete brand ecosystem connected to live entertainment in India & SAARC — sponsorships, IP tie-ups, brand-funded tours, and integrated campaigns.
Direct global brand relationships — Direct, personal access to decision-makers at global brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and other major consumer brands, as well as holding companies and agency networks like WPP Group — able to origin
