Serve as the regional PMO and Change Management lead across AMEA. Partner with business and Digital leaders to drive governance, portfolio visibility, delivery discipline and organizational change across multiple countries and functions. Ensure global transformation initiatives are executed successfully while adapting governance and change strategies to local market needs. Strong focus on adoption, stakeholder alignment and business value realization.

- Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Governance, RAID, dependency and risk management
- Executive stakeholder management
- Cross-functional delivery across matrix organizations
- Skilled fluency in English
