Position Summary & Objective The Regional Manager, Human Resources is responsible for effective, compliant, and consistent HR services across their assigned region. The role operates within global frameworks and partners with business leaders to deliver practical solutions across the employee lifecycle, escalation of high-risk matters, and alignment with company standards.

Essential Functions Performed by the Position

- Manage employee relations cases regionally, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
- Advise managers on employment law, HR policy and procedure
- Escalate complex, sensitive cases to HR leadership team
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and global governance standards
- Partner with site managers and leaders for day-to-day people management
- Coach managers in performance management and best practices
- Deliver recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR reporting
- Support end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning in partnership with Talent Acquisition
- Implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives in region
- Embed company culture and values locally
- Contribute to change management and organisational initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Monitor participation in key annual processes (performance appraisals, compensation review, headcount planning)




- Lead implementation of performance management systems including PIPs and development programmes

Position Qualifications

Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Experience:

- Minimum five years’ management experience in HR generalist/operations roles
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Solid knowledge of employment law and multi-country HR practices

Certifications/Licenses:

- CIPD Qualification (UK) of SPHR (US) highly desirable
- Professional HR Certification highly desired.

Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in English.

- Proven experience managing employee relations and advising managers.
- Experience delivering across the full employee lifecycle.

- Applies sound judgement and knows when to escalate.

Working Hours and Conditions

- Office and Remote Work Environment.

Physical Characteristics and Demands

- This role is sedentary in nature, you must be able to sit at a desk and use a computer for extended periods of time.
