Regional Manager – Operations (Residential Home Interiors)

Homzinterio is looking for an experienced Regional Manager – Operations to lead and oversee residential interior execution projects in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for professionals with a robust background in home interiors who have successfully managed multiple projects, led project teams, and delivered exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee 35-40 residential interior projects across the region.
- Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, ensuring high productivity and accountability.
- Ensure end-to-end smooth execution of all projects, from site handover to final delivery.
- Develop and monitor project timelines and execution schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.
- Handle customer interactions, resolve escalations, and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project quality, safety, and adherence to company standards and processes.
- Review project performance, identify operational challenges, and implement process improvements for better efficiency.
- Ensure timely reporting of project progress, team performance, and operational metrics.
- Foster a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.

- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in project planning tools, Microsoft Excel, and project tracking methodologies.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech) is preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in residential home interior execution after graduation, including at least 2 years in a Team Lead/Regional Manager role.
3. Experience in handling 35-40 residential interior projects simultaneously.
4. Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team of Project Managers.
5. Strong communication skills in English and at least one regional language (preferably Telugu & Hindi).
6. Sound technical knowledge of modular furniture installation, woodwork, hardware fittings, site measurements, 2D drawings, material specifications, and execution processes.
7. Excellent leadership, customer management, conflict resolution, and vendor management skills.
