What Will You Drive?

- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls with professionalism.

- Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.

- Maintain customer satisfaction through effective communication.

- Record and update customer information in the system.

- Follow up on open concerns until closure.

- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

Who Are We Looking For?

- Good communication skills .

- Must know: Hindi, English, Kannada & Telugu

- Robust customer-handling and problem-solving ability.

- Technical knowledge about car.

- Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.

- Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM usage preferred).

- Prior customer support experience is mandatory.
