We are seeking an experienced Regional Application Consultant to provide technical leadership, application expertise, and consulting support for HVAC and automation solutions. The role requires close collaboration with sales teams, consulting engineers, end users, and product management teams to drive product specifications, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support sales efforts by cultivating robust relationships with end users and consulting engineering customers providing product training, information, recommendations and troubleshooting issues.

- Provide applications excellence to drive and support all of the companys products.

- Support sales strategy to maintain and grow our existing repeat business through service, relationship, product knowledge, and application knowledge.

- Utilize applications expertise to assist sales force in the development of new business utilizing pull through sales efforts for the purpose of acquiring specifications and demand for our products.

- Identify potential new product applications and communicate concepts to Contracting Sales Force, Product Management and Engineering to develop new business.





- Keep informed of new consulting engineering and end user projects and provide leads to sales managers.

- Take a lead role in development of technical trainings, Product launch and seminars

- Work closely with the Sales Manager and Sales Engineers to trouble shoot product issues at customer sites and help rectify the situation for the customers.

- Work closely with Product Management and Engineering for new and existing products.

- Write and influence specifications for consulting engineers and end users.

- To gather information on competition products and prepare a comparison in our favor

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Hydraulic design experience or in-depth knowledge and understanding are required.

- Bachelors degree in technical field, preferably mechanical or HVAC.

- 5 Years of proven track record in consulting engineering, or 10 years applicable experience in the HVAC or related technical field.

- Strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills.

- Strong organizational, inter-personal, and negotiation skills.

- Strong communications and presentation skills.

- Self-starting personality who is able to efficiently structure work schedule.

- Be willing to travel, approximately 50%.
