What you will be doing?

- Manage end-to-end sourcing for blue-collar hiring across the Middle East.

- Support sourcing and coordination for recruitment drives

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Workday, local job portals, employee referrals, and market references.

- Build strong talent pipelines for construction and engineering roles while ensuring quality and turnaround time.

- Coordinate with team to understand hiring requirements and market availability.

Are you the one?

- 2–3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure hiring or blue collar hiring.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Workday, and local sourcing channels

- Solid sourcing, networking, and coordination skills.

- Fluent in English and Hindi.

- Any Graduate with a Master's in HR (preferred).
