Role Description The Recruitment Specialist at Moissani is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring decisions across various functions.

The specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create job postings, and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs. Daily tasks include communicating with candidates,



scheduling and following up on interviews, managing offer and onboarding processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment records and reports. The role also supports training coordination for new hires and contributes to employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Communication skills for assessing talent and engaging with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Training and onboarding coordination skills to support new team members.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and basic MS Office tools is beneficial.
- Strong organizational, time management, and stakeholder management abilities are preferred.
- Prior experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition professional, or similar HR role is advantageous.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of jewelry, retail, or luxury e-commerce sectors is an added advantage.
