Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.

- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for bulk hiring requirements.

- Coordinate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.

- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding current employees.

Job Requirements :

- 1-7 years of experience in BPO hiring or mass hiring industry.

- Strong understanding of sales hiring processes and volume hiring techniques.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
