You will own the search end to end and shape who joins a brand with global reach. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full hiring cycle, from understanding a role to closing the right candidate, and advise hiring managers on how to attract the talent they need.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Screening
- Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and define requirements
- Source candidates across job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates against the brief
Process & Closing
- Coordinate interviews and keep candidates engaged throughout
- Manage offers, negotiation,
and a smooth path to joining
- Track pipeline and hiring metrics and report on progress
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing
- Robust sourcing, screening, and candidate-management skills
- Confident advising hiring managers and closing candidates
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring across functions or for a high-growth team
- Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Exposure to media, creative, or technology hiring
