Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements from department heads/clients

- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referrals

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

- Maintain and update candidate database/ATS

- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding coordination

- Build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio)

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

- Coordinate with vendors/consultancies for niche or bulk hiring, if applicable

Required Skills:

- Strong sourcing and screening skills

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills

- Familiarity with job portals and ATS tools

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously

- Basic knowledge of employment norms and offer/joining formalities
