Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Hyderabad. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions for corporate and retail positions.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, drafting job descriptions, posting roles on relevant platforms, and maintaining an organized candidate pipeline. The Recruiter will schedule interviews, facilitate feedback, support offer negotiations, and ensure a positive,



inclusive candidate experience. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, supporting employer branding initiatives, and complying with all applicable labor and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.
- Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, shortlisting, and offer management.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and familiarity with online job portals and professional networks.
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills when working with hiring managers and candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles, prioritize tasks, and meet hiring deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and adherence to fair, non-discriminatory hiring practices and local labor regulations.
- Previous experience in retail or consumer-facing industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
