Role Description The Recruiter role is a full-time, on-site position in Peenya, Bengaluru. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers across Mechanical, Embedded, Cloud, Cyber Security, Technical Publication, and Animation teams.

Daily responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role also involves supporting employer branding activities, organizing recruitment drives, and preparing regular reports on hiring metrics.



The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership and HR to understand workforce needs and help build a solid, diverse talent pool.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Ability to understand and recruit for technical roles in engineering domains such as Mechanical, Embedded, Cloud, Cyber Security, Technical Publication, and Animation.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, professional networking platforms, and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on candidate experience.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition professional is preferred.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices and commitment to maintaining a non-discriminatory, inclusive recruitment process.
