Working Days: 5 Days (Monday - Friday - Work From Office)

Benefits : Fixed Salary + Quarterly Incentives + Monthly Bonus incentive + Increment in every 6 month (depends on half early reviews)

Role & Responsibilities:

- Designing & implementing the overall recruiting strategies.




- Sourcing & attracting candidates by using database, social media etc.
- Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open position.
- Prepare recruitment materials and Post job to appropriate job boards.

Others:

- Excellent Communication (verbal & written) & Interpersonal skills.
- Robust decision-making skills.
- Should be confident & presentable personality.
- Capable of spotting issues and providing options for solution.
- Expert in excel & database management.
- Expert in using job portals & social networking sites.
- Familiarities with HR database, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Management System (CMS)
