About the Role

We are looking for a Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities and help us attract, assess, and onboard the right talent. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good sourcing capabilities, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, databases, references, and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

Conduct telephonic/video interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Manage candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.

Negotiate salary and discuss job roles, responsibilities, and company policies with candidates.

Coordinate documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly MIS.

Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.





Meet defined recruitment targets, TAT, and hiring KPIs.

Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring practices.

Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.

Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or any relevant field.

MBA/PGDM in HR will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in volume hiring, blue-collar recruitment, staffing, sales hiring, manufacturing, logistics, telecom, or frontline hiring will be preferred.
