Role Description The Recruiter at Future Ventures Ltd. (Cheers Hypermarket) will manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support store and head-office staffing needs. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.

The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, prepare job descriptions, and ensure timely and high-quality hiring decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining candidate pipelines,



updating recruitment trackers, managing onboarding coordination, and supporting employer branding and talent outreach initiatives. The role also requires adherence to company policies and local employment regulations, while promoting an inclusive and positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong talent acquisition and interviewing skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms (job boards, social media, ATS), and basic HR documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple vacancies, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Knowledge of retail or FMCG hiring practices; prior experience recruiting for frontline, supervisory, or store roles is an advantage.
- Understanding of fair hiring practices and basic employment laws, with a commitment to non-discriminatory recruitment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with data for reporting and analytics.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
