About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and driven

Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent across functions.

Key Responsibilitie s

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding

- Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to define candidate profiles

- Source candidates through various channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media platforms

- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

- Track recruitment metrics and generate periodic hiring reports

- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives





- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards

Requirements

- Only 1–3 years of full-time experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

- Prior experience hiring for Media, Marketing, Advertising, Events, B2B, or related industries is preferred

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies

- Experience using recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and job portals

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong organizational and coordination abilities

- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment reporting
