Jesseena Human Resources is looking for an energetic and proactive Recruiter to join our team in Mumbai.

This is a hybrid recruitment role involving both office-based recruitment activities and field/campus recruitment across Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases and other recruitment channels.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and conduct campus recruitment drives at colleges and educational institutions across Mumbai.
- Build and maintain relationships with college placement officers/coordinators and training & placement departments.
- Visit colleges, institutes and other locations for recruitment drives, career fairs and candidate engagement activities.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and selection processes.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and interview calls.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates regarding documentation and joining.




- Support bulk hiring and walk-in recruitment drives.
- Prepare recruitment MIS and provide regular updates on sourcing and selection activities.
- Assist in other recruitment and business-related activities as required.

What We Are Looking For:
- Candidates with experience in campus recruitment, field recruitment or bulk hiring will be preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable interacting with college placement coordinators, students and candidates.
- Good sourcing and candidate screening skills.
- Willingness to travel across Mumbai for college visits and recruitment drives.
- Energetic, target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel and recruitment platforms.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a solid interest in recruitment may also be considered.
