Role Description This is a full time, on-site Recruiter role based in Mumbai. The Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection decisions with hiring managers.

Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining talent pipelines, posting and updating job descriptions, managing recruitment databases and tools, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every stage. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to understand workforce needs, supporting employer branding initiatives, and providing regular hiring metrics and reports.

Qualifications

- Talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems.




- Stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and team members.
- Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet hiring timelines.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment trends, and basic labor and hiring compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a professional, inclusive approach to candidate interactions.
- Prior experience as a Recruiter or in HR, preferably in consumer goods, wellness, or startup environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented company culture.
