Job Summary

Meadbery is hiring a Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized candidate who can manage front desk operations while handling customer calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and appointments.
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle emails and basic administrative tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi,



and Punjabi (preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
