Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist and Telecaller role based in Mohpa. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing front-desk operations, answering and directing phone calls, and responding to basic inquiries about FinnishLine’s services. The Receptionist and Telecaller will maintain visitor logs, schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up.

Daily responsibilities also include making outbound calls to prospective students or partners, providing accurate information,



updating call records, and supporting administrative tasks such as handling mail, basic documentation, and maintaining organized records.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner.

- Customer service and client-handling abilities, including patience, active listening, and problem-solving.

- Basic administrative and organizational skills, such as managing schedules, maintaining records, and handling front-desk tasks.

- Comfort with using office software and telecalling tools; ability to learn current systems quickly.

- Prior experience in reception, telecalling, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.

- Ability to work on-site in Mohpa, maintain punctuality, and manage a full-time schedule.

- Fluency in English and at least one local language; additional languages are a plus.

- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, communication, or related fields is beneficial.
