Role Objective:
Support the product team across discovery, analysis, documentation, execution, testing, and launch. By the end of six months, the intern should independently own a small product feature from problem identification to post-launch analysis.

Product Discovery
• Analyse consumer, merchant, lender, and operations journeys
• Review user drop-offs, rejection reasons, and support issues
• Conduct competitor and stakeholder research
• Convert findings into explicit problem statements

Analytics
• Analyse eligibility, KYC, offer, payment, and success funnels
• Identify merchant- and lender-wise drop-offs
• Build business cases for coverage, conversion, GMV, and
