About The Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in the Hospitality and F&B; industry. The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing, social media management, performance marketing, and traditional marketing initiatives. The role requires someone who can build brand awareness, generate leads, increase footfall, and drive revenue through integrated marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and online conversions.
Monitor website traffic, SEO performance, and campaign effectiveness using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
Social Media Management
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.




Create monthly content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers for engaging content.
Monitor community engagement, respond to customer interactions, and maintain brand reputation.
Track social media performance and recommend improvements.

Performance Marketing

Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, reservations, event bookings, and customer acquisition.
Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI.
Conduct A/B testing and audience segmentation for improved campaign performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Traditional Marketing
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns including print advertisements, outdoor branding, radio, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate branding materials such as brochures, standees, banners, and promotional merchandise.
