Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager who will support us in providing local entity coverage together with global topic coverage. Whilst overseeing dedicated local entities, you will be responsible for the design of a specific global Compliance topic,
implement and manage it across all locations and advising local and global management accordingly.
This is a delivery-focused and business-oriented Compliance role. You play a critical role in promoting a culture of governance and integrity across Allianz Services, and fostering compliance frameworks in practice — not just on paper. You will work closely with senior leaders, sister functions and auditors, and will be expected to exercise sound judgement, provide challenge where needed, and drive tangible outcomes.
Reporting to the Allianz Services Chief Compliance Officer, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and visibility - whilst taking into consideration local regulations, Allianz Services’ internal rules and Allianz Group requirements, and acting as the key point of contact for a dedicated global Compliance topic with relevant stakeholders.
