The Technical Consultant - Dynamics CRM is responsible for designing, customizing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions aligned with business and operational requirements. This role collaborates closely with functional consultants, business analysts, technical teams, and client stakeholders to deliver scalable CRM solutions that support enterprise business transformation initiatives.



The position participates in Dynamics CRM development activities, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, deployment support, application support, technical documentation, and secure CRM solution delivery while contributing to improved application stability, operational efficiency, automation capability, and overall solution quality.
