Job Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development:

Serve as the primary coach, mentor, and performance developer of Project Coordinators, creating a strong entry point into the PMO career path.
Deliver structured learning programs that strengthen core PM fundamentals, financial management skills, and consultative soft skills.
Identify capability gaps and design individual training, shadowing, and reinforcement plans to drive individual and team growth.
Create a culture of continuous learning, psychological safety, accountability, and high morale.
Support succession planning by preparing PCs for advancement into Project Manager roles.

Operational Excellence & Methodology:

Ensure all work executed by the PC team aligns with PMO standards for planning, schedule management
