Minimum Qualifications:

9+ years of overall experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and Node.js.
Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline.
Solid understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals, including component-based UI development and API design.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node.js for backend services.
Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
Drive requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical specifications and delivery plans.
Build and review reusable UI components, state management approaches, and frontend performance optimizations.
Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.
Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates,



and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements.
Mentor and guide team members, supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes.
